What is the PROBLEM of bullying?
A Serious Problem for Kids :
Bullying may seem insignificant compared to acts such as kids bringing guns to school or doing drugs. People also say that it's a part of growing up. But it isn't, it's a form of aggressive and violent behavior that starts at a young age and can lead on to crimes or acts of violence in the future. Bullies often cause problems that can seriously damage kids that parent and schools ignore. Teasing, taking money, insults, threats, and physical harm are forms of bullying that are can happen in school. Bullying can lead to lower grades in school and also lead to the victim not attending school and avoiding school because of a bully. Anyone can be bullied, but most victims are singled out because of appearance and traits such as being shy, sensitive, or insecure. Bullies are sometimes expressive and aggressive, and they use force or manipulate people to get what they want. Bullies seek pleasure from hurting others, and sometimes they do this because of someone else treating them this way in their life. So not only does the victim get hurt, but the bully can also be one that's hurting.
